FACILITATOR SECTION

You read in chapter 4 that there were two main tasks for the facilitator: to prepare for a Tribe Why Discovery and then to lead the workshop. We walked through the preparatory steps in chapter 4. Now we’ll talk about everything you need to do in order to guide your group through the session. If you’re new to this experience, we recommend that you closely adhere to the guide. The less you have to worry about the process itself, the more you can put into listening, questioning, analyzing and engaging. If, on the other hand, you are a practiced facilitator, you will likely put your own twist on these instructions and come up with some ideas of your own to make your group’s discovery even more successful.
